Well, here it is! The grand 3rd floor that I hope to make into something lovely. An attic studio. A homeschool class room. As you can see the floor is rough but who are we to say that we need more than what the servants had a century ago? Ok, heat and air - need those! And lighting. I need better lighting. This is a terrible picture but I thought I'd show you how I'm disguising the hideous trap door thingy. Yes, that's a skirt. Just cut it down the middle and drapped it over top of an old lace tablecloth.
